  19. I have the same setup you do and have performed the 1.4 upgrade.
  20. About all I noticed was a slight increase in connect speed.  It's
  21. worth the upgrade if you know what your doing.  Follow instructions
  22. very carefully or you will end up with a modem that doesn't work at
  23. all.
